The poultry slaughtering line can be roughly divided into the following processes:
1: Pre slaughter inspection
Before entering the waiting area, poultry should undergo pre - and post unloading inspections to ensure that poultry in good condition are delivered to the waiting area.
2: To be slaughtered
Transport the poultry that have passed the inspection in batches to the live poultry waiting area, pay attention to cutting off food and water, and then hang them on the hanging conveyor line;
3: Causing dizziness
The current mainstream methods of inducing dizziness are water corona and carbon dioxide gas anesthesia.
4: Assassination and bloodletting
According to local slaughter requirements, there are three methods of artificial bloodletting: oral bloodletting, neck cutting bloodletting, and arterial bloodletting. In some areas, the head may be directly cut.
5: Immersion perm hair removal
Soaking and scalding the poultry after bloodletting, the water temperature should not be too high, and then entering the vertical or horizontal depilatory machine for depilation, which is the core part of the entire poultry slaughter line.
6: Wax immersion and dewaxing
When slaughtering ducks and geese, it is necessary to go through the process of soaking wax, cold wax, and dewaxing in order to remove them more cleanly.

After all the hair removal processes are completed, it is inevitable that there will be a small amount of fine hairs on the bird's body, and manual assistance is needed to remove them.
8: Clean up the dirt
This step requires manual assistance to remove dirt from the assembly line.
9: Pre cooling
After cleaning the chamber, the body enters the pre cooling stage in four ways: air cooling, water cooling, spray cooling, and wet cooling.
10: Split packaging
According to different needs, the carcass is divided, processed deeply, and finally packaged and stored.
